On June 14, 2025, the day of remembranceone of the most revered Kyiv Caves saints, St. Agapitus, solemn services were traditionally held at the Lavra church named in honor of the ascetic. This was reported by the monastery's press service.

The Divine Liturgy was led by the head of the UOC Information and Education Department, Metropolitan Clement of Nizhyn and Pryluky, concelebrated by Metropolitan Agapit of Mohyliv-Podilskyi and Sharhorod, Archbishop Spyridon of Vyshneve, Bishop Arkadiy of Hostomel, as well as the brethren and guests of the Lavra in holy orders, headed by the Lavra's spiritual father, Archimandrite Antony.

After the Gospel reading, Metropolitan Clement, in his archpastoral address, reminded the faithful of the importance of healing not only bodily ailments but also spiritual ones. These inner afflictions often go unnoticed due to deeply rooted passions that prevent people from emulating the venerable Caves fathers, among whom Venerable Agapitus, the unmercenary healer, stands as a shining example of true faith.

During the service, special prayers were offered for the health of Metropolitan Agapit and the brethren of the monastery who took monastic vows in honor of the saint.

The evening before, Bishop Spyridon led the cathedral’s brotherhood All-Night Vigil with a festive litany in the same church.

At the conclusion of the Liturgy, a moleben to Venerable Agapitus was performed.

As reported by the UOJ, the Church celebrates the memory of Venerable Agapitus of the Caves.
