According to HUR, these hierarchs are tasked with coordinating contacts with pro-Russian religious organizations in Ukraine, passing on instructions from Russian intelligence services and overseeing provocations aimed at supporting the Kremlin.

The listed individuals include Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, Metropolitan Dionysius of Omsk and Tavria, Metropolitan Pavel of Krutitsy and Kolomna and Metropolitan Barsanuphius of St. Petersburg and Ladoga.

All the names and surnames of the hierarchs were written in lowercase by HUR, with their designation as “church figures” placed in quotation marks.

According to HUR, the listed hierarchs are expected to “organize and coordinate contacts with religious organizations whose governing centers are located in Russia, as well as with other pro-Russian elements in Ukraine, pass on instructions from Russian intelligence services to them, and oversee the execution of provocations in the interests of the Kremlin.”

“Under the guise of ‘religious cooperation,’ the Russian Orthodox Church continues to serve as a tool of Russia’s hybrid influence aimed at destabilizing the situation in Ukraine,” HUR wrote.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that the SBU just proved that the UOC is in fact, a Ukrainian Church.
