"For three years now, our Motherland has been confronting a large-scale Russian military invasion. In his message, Metropolitan Onuphry stated that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church remains with its people despite "vilification, speculations, and fabricated accusations." He noted that among the faithful of the UOC are servicemen, medical workers, rescuers, and volunteers.

The Metropolitan called on believers to pray for the military personnel, medical workers, and rescue service staff. He also reminded that this day has recently been designated as a special national day of prayer in Ukraine.
In concluding his address, the First Hierarch of the UOC urged his fellow citizens to maintain internal unity, respect one another, and remember those who gave their lives for the peaceful future of the country.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Metropolitan Onuphry explained how a person can achieve happiness.
